History of School
Bishop John J. Snyder High School is a private college preparatory Catholic high school in Jacksonville, Florida. It is located in and administered by the Roman Catholic Diocese of St. Augustine. It is named after Bishop John J. Snyder who had retired as the eighth Bishop of the Diocese of St. Augustine in 2000. Bishop Snyder was established in 2002, located in the west Jacksonville area.

Accomplishments last season
The 2016/17 season was a successful one for the Cardinals, going to the District Championship for the first time since 2010, where they fell to the eventual 4A state runner-up. On that campaign Rivals.com Top 50 player Corey Walker emerged as a top player in the 2020 class nationally, receiving a nod to the MaxPreps All-American honorable mention team, naming him one of the top freshmen in the entire country.
